Prepare for a journey of Breath & Movement as Mariel guides you through a series pranayama exercises and asana postures creating awareness of the body and space within. You will find all the accumulated tension and stress dissolve, and come into a space where you begin to know your body and improve your whole health and wellbeing. You will quickly realise increased lung capacity, improved blood flow, increased our core strength and a much more relaxed mind, body and soul.
This class is based on Hatha Yoga, and is catered for all levels, beginner to advanced.
