Pranayama is the main component of Yoga. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control. Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. The goal of it is to connect your body and mind, it also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins.

Description

This course provides you with an understanding of breathing and meditation by learning how to use your breath, a vital tool to help you control all the systems in your body, while becoming aware of your mind and thoughts to uncover deeper layers within yourself and uncover your soul’s true nature.

  • Meditation
  • Yogic Breathing & Ujjayi Pranayama
  • Bhastrika Pranayama, Kapalbhati Pranayama
  • Kaki mudra Pranayama, Anulom Vilom Pranayama
  • Pranava Bhramari Udgeeth Pranayama
  • Guided meditations & breathing sessions

The course includes 16-hour classes, along with 2 workshops.

This course is accredited by Nepal Yoga Academy and you will receive a certificate of participation upon completing this course.

Class attendance is mandatory to receive certification of 24 hr completion.
