Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga, it connects strength with flexibility while allowing you to sink into a pose with mindfulness and relaxation. The body moves slowly and with intention to make sure you surrender to the present moment while maintaining balance and building body strength and awareness of the mind. This course is designed for anyone who wishes to begin their journey with Yoga, or dive deeper into their own practice. Through this course, you will gain a more in-depth knowledge of yogic philosophies and practices. You will also learn the curative sequence of Guruji Dr. Chintamani Goutham, and how to address various ailments with your practice.

This course is open to everyone interested in learning the fascinating history, origin, and philosophy of Himalayan Yoga.

  • Yogic Anatomy and Physiology
  • Yoga history & philosophy
  • Understanding the lifestyle of a yogi
  • Asanas, their benefits, variations & modifications
  • The Anatomy of Energy, the different Chakras, Koshas, Pranas, Nadis, Gunas, Vayus .
  • Various Pranayama techniques and Mudras

The course includes 40 2-hour classes, along with 5 4-hour workshops.

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course is accredited by Nepal Yoga Academy and you will receive a certificate upon completing this course.

Class attendance is mandatory to receive certification of 100 hr completion.
