Introduction to Hatha Yoga With Nadine
Hatha Yoga emphasizes on finding balance between body and mind. The term “Hatha” signifies the union of two essential energies, with “Ha” representing the sun and “Tha” representing the moon.
We practice on building awareness which creates balance and harmony, through a slower mindful practice. Emphasis is placed on breath techniques (pranayama), alignment and longer held postures. Allowing space and integration to be developed for mind, body, breath and spirit. Available for everyone.
