Swasana Kriya comes from Traditional Martial Arts of Indian sub-continent. These breathing techniques are designed to enhance lung capacity, improve respiratory function, and promote relaxation. “Swasana” means breath or respiration, while “Kriya” refers to a cleansing or purifying practice in yoga.

The practice of Swasana Kriya typically involves rhythmic breathing exercises combined with specific movements of the arms and hands to facilitate deep breathing and full expansion of the lungs and regulation all chakras in the system and flow in pranic energy.
