Nizar – (Director/ Yoga teacher/ Ayurvedic Marma Therapist)

Yogi Nizar is a martial artist, yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic Marma therapist from Sri Lanka. His journey into yoga and spiritual healing began with a deep commitment to martial arts during his teenage years. This early passion led him to explore broader aspects of physical and spiritual wellness, eventually studying under Dr. Chintamani Gautam and Swami Padmasathwa at the Nepal Yoga Academy. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2018 and has been actively teaching yoga since then.
In 2017, Nizar transitioned from a successful career as an IT consultant and engineer to fully embrace his calling in guiding others on their spiritual paths. Alongside his yoga practice, Nizar is a skilled Marma therapist with over 20 years of experience. Marma therapy, an ancient Ayurvedic practice, involves stimulating specific points on the body to promote healing and balance.
Yogi Nizar’s teachings emphasize the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga, aiming to awaken the body’s primal energy and enhance overall well-being. He conducts various yoga retreats and workshops across Sri Lanka, integrating yoga with Ayurvedic practices for a holistic health approach. These retreats cater to practitioners of all levels, offering a blend of physical postures, deep meditation, and breathing exercises.
His extensive knowledge is continually deepened by his ongoing study of Vedic scriptures and ancient texts, allowing him to share a comprehensive understanding of yoga with his students. Those attending his sessions can expect a spiritually enriching experience that aims to improve both physical and mental health, as well as life skills applicable to everyday life.
Jules – (Director/ Yoga teacher/ Teacher Trainer/ Reiki Practitioner)

At an early age, Jules was able to create an understanding of movement and flow through calisthenics and ballet. The practice and spirituality of yoga later came to her as a way to continue to move, teach and travel around the world. Both in teaching, and her own practice, she focuses on the old traditions & practices of yoga while bringing an incredible, modern personality to the practice.
Practicing yoga during her teenage years, Jules began to embark on learning yoga more deeply in January 2013. Her first teacher training was over twelve months in 2012 studying Amrit Yoga-Meditation in Motion, mentored for another twelve months before she was given the permission to teach. The commitment and dedication ignited a sense of curiosity.
Developing a rich tapestry in yoga education since the completion of her first teacher training, she went on to study Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki. The magic of yoga unveiled to her with such grace and her ability to conjure up her own powers to display for her students a connection to the ancient traditions and practice of yoga.
Jules has been guided under many local and international teachers, namely under the tutelage of global Prana Flow Teacher Shiva Rea. Assisting Shiva in international retreats and teacher trainings in Australia and Costa Rica. Further leading to her own retreats, immersions, teacher training in Bali, Sri Lanka and Australia.
Her teachings consist of mantras, mudras, pranayama, and asana, expanding into an embodied yogic journey. She encourages growth and interconnection of the physical and spiritual self within students, and seeks to help others thrive by nurturing their own body and soul wisdom through yoga. Jules’ hopes her students will step off their mat and into everyday life with that same nourishment and compassion to life.
Nadine – (Manager/ Yoga teacher/ Reiki Practitioner)

From a younger age Nadine has felt connected to spirituality, perceiving life through an holistic lens. A perspective where body, mind and soul meet. From the age of 21 she got introduced to the practice of Yoga asanas, which followed into starting her personal daily practice and promoted a lifestyle of awareness.
These initial steps sowed the seeds of transformation, initially nurturing her physical well-being. However, she soon realized that the benefits extended beyond the body, enhancing her mental clarity, presence, and concentration.
At the age of 26 she attained certification in Reiki Therapy and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Rishikesh, India. Throughout her Yoga Training, she delved into the holistic spectrum of Yoga, embracing various disciplines including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and more. This lifestyle of heightened awareness has since propelled her forward, shaping her journey in profound ways. Since becoming a member of the One Bhakthi Team in 2022, she has been fortunate to receive guidance and wisdom from her mentors, enriching her practice on multiple levels.
Driven by her curiosity about human life, she has pursued diverse studies and courses exploring topics such as the human body, Coaching, Essential Oils, Yoga, and Reiki. Integrating this holistic approach into her own life and sharing it with others who are receptive has become integral to her journey. With her intuitive nature, Nadine creates a nurturing space for all individuals to explore and evolve.
Anna – (Yoga Teacher/ Physiotherapist & Reiki Practitioner)

Anna is a Spanish-born physiotherapist with over seven years of experience integrating physical, emotional, and energetic healing. After earning her degree in Physiotherapy in 2018, she embarked on a journey to explore the connections between the body, mind, and spirit, culminating in a unique therapeutic approach she calls Holistic Physiotherapy.
Anna’s career began in a rehabilitation center, where she specialised in trauma-related and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her extensive hands-on experience treating a variety of conditions provided her with a strong foundation in anatomy, muscle and nervous system function, and hormonal impacts on health. She later worked in a private clinic, expanding her expertise to focus on women’s health and pregnancy care.
Throughout her practice, Anna observed that many chronic conditions were deeply linked to
emotional experiences. This realisation sparked her curiosity to explore healing methods beyond conventional physiotherapy. She traveled to Asia to study ancient practices, completing a Thai Massage course in Thailand and Yoga Teacher Training in India. Upon returning to Spain, she became a Reiki healer, enabling her to address energetic blockages and emotional imbalances.
At retreats, Anna seamlessly blends her expertise to offer a unique and deeply nourishing experience. She combines mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork with energetic healing techniques such as chakra alignment and Reiki. Through transformative practices like cacao ceremonies, grounding rituals, and intuitive guidance, Anna creates a safe and sacred space where participants can explore their inner world, release fears, and connect with their true selves.
Anna’s holistic approach bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science, offering participants a path to healing that aligns body, mind, and spirit. By addressing blockages on all levels, her approach aims to create profound and lasting transformations, empowering participants to heal physically, release emotional burdens, and rediscover their inner strength. Her presence in each retreat is a journey of renewal, where movement becomes medicine, energy becomes transformation, and every moment is an opportunity for growth, connection, and self-discovery.

Riley– (Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Myotherapist

Riley’s spiritual journey began at the age of 20 after facing a series of significant life-changing events that deeply shaped his perspective. These experiences challenged him to seek meaning and connection, ultimately leading him to the path of healing and self-discovery.
The process of healing sparked a deep curiosity about the human body and its incredible resilience. This curiosity led him to myotherapy, where he honed his skills in orthopaedic assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Over six years, Riley developed a comprehensive practice that blends Eastern and Western modalities, including dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, and the treatment of Anatomy Trains—a holistic approach that views the body as an interconnected system.
However, Riley quickly realized that true healing extends beyond the physical. Inspired by his own experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and C-PTSD, he pursued advanced studies in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. His goal was clear: to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and to help others navigate their own paths toward wellness and self-discovery.
Riley’s therapeutic focus integrates psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, myotherapy, and psychosomatic treatment strategies to address the deep connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. By combining the transformative power of psychotherapy with clinical hypnosis, myotherapy, and evidence-based psychosomatic approaches, Riley helps clients uncover and reprogram subconscious patterns that influence their perceptions, behaviours, and overall well-being. His holistic approach specialises in treating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, nervous system dysregulation, injury recovery, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal issues through comprehensive orthopaedic assessment. By addressing both psychological and physical factors, Riley empowers clients to achieve deep, lasting change in both their mental and physical health.
Riley’s approach differs from traditional psychoanalysis by emphasising present issues and future solutions rather than delving deeply into past experiences.
This therapeutic approach is characterised by its short-term focus, typically involving a limited number of sessions aimed at achieving specific goals efficiently. It employs a problem-solving orientation, where the therapist and client collaborate to identify current issues and develop strategies to overcome them.
Ultimately, Riley’s goal is to empower clients, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to manage their own mental health effectively. This approach can be particularly beneficial for those seeking concrete solutions to specific problems or those who prefer a more active, goal-oriented therapy experience.
