Join Jules and Niza at One Bhakthi School of Yoga and Ayurveda in Sri Lanka. Enjoy extended āsana, prāṇāyāma and meditation practices, intensive practical teaching sessions, practice hands-on assists. Breakfast, lunch, morning tea is included in the course fees.
