Yin and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training
Our time together welcomes those that simply seek to deepen their own practice, or seek a personal retreat. Over the course of 13 days together is also very much a comprehensive training developed for the avid students and teachers interested in learning the core physical aspects of the practice of Yin Yoga, in order to teach the practice and consciously guide Yoga Nidra.

Thai Yoga Massage Training
Thai Yoga Massage, known as Nuad Bo’Rarn in the north of Thailand, is a Far Eastern technique that combines Traditional Chinese and Indian Medicines. This massage style draws its origins from the yoga and meditation principles, martial arts and ayurveda.

Reiki Healing Course
This course is based on the Usui Reiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing Lineage First Degree. Reiki is the Ancient Healing Practice of the Samurai, existing in Japan for millennia.

Ayurvedic Marma Therapy Course
Marma therapy is an ancient Indian practice that involves stimulating specific points on the body known as “marma points” to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. These points are believed to be vital energy centers where the body’s life force, or prana, is concentrated. Marma therapy is often used in conjunction with other traditional Indian healing practices such as Ayurveda and yoga.
